"BEWARE!"
"BEWARE! Sharks, Crabs and Octopuses!" say teasing cousins. But they are not about to spoil this little girl's enjoyment. Illustrated scarily by Nick J.E. Willis, UK, this rhyming story highlights family fun to be had at the seaside as well as safety issues.
The beach is loads of fun and a favourite family summer destination out here in Australia. Based on a game I used to play with my five children, it ends all rolled up on a tickle ball! Water safety links and tips are included, important if you are to avoid the nippy, biting nasties and enjoy the water! You can buy it here on Utales.com

The Wobby Blobby Oooh!
Yagmur Gunel, Turkey/USA, and I had one hilarious time working on this very poopy picture book about the misadventures of one small boy with his smelly baby brother!
Read what others have to say -
Eric VanRaepenbusch, author -
We just downloaded your book! My 4 year old son is now chasing his brother around the house -- "Do you have a monster in your butt?" Ha!
My son loved that the "stink" was represented as a monster! I loved reading it aloud. This book is recommended for families that love to read and want to succeed at removing the "awfully awful smell" that often haunts their home [until littlies are toilet trained].
The name "Wobby Blobby" is genius and kid friendly. I caught my son saying it numerous times today to himself.

"Tarantula" by J.R.Poulter & Jonas Sahlstrom
A story that celebrates pets with a difference - extreme pets!
All creatures have their place in the natural order and deserve our respect. Without spiders, we would be over run by midges, mosquitoes, ants, flies and any number of other insects. Spiders help keep the natural balance.
You can find information about Australian Tarantulas and, yes, we have a number of very attractive ones, here: www.tarantulas.com.au
My grandmother, Bertha Stephens, who used to live in Vaucluse in Sydney, had a pet Tarantula she kept in her kitchen. She would go out to the back garden each day and bring him in some bug or other as a treat. She inspired me to respect all living creatures and appreciate their unique role in the natural order. Her pet lived in the corner above the stove for many, many years. Tarantulas can live for up to 20 years!

At the Beach with Bucket and Spade
Summer holidays from Manly to Maroubra, from Palm Springs to to Waikiki mean family fun in the sun! Part of the fun is looking for that special treasure to take back to class for Show and Tell! The children in this narrative poem, celebrate all that is best in a beach holiday outing. They play, they build, they share, they learn life's little lessons together and they find that something really special that happy memories are made of!
The illustrations have been tailored by Sarah Bash Gleason to fit the theme using the naive style of a child's holiday memories painted in class.
This was my first book on digital media, iphone and ipad. It was released on 20th December 2011 by Istorytime and was produced by FrogDogMedia.
Buy it in the Apple App Store.

The joy of sand play
by NanaJune
This is my all time favorite istorytime app - probably because I am a beach lover. Some of my favorite childhood memories are of playing in the sand on Cape Cod with my mother and this book captures those same kind of moments with spirited language and colorful chalk illustrations. Whether your children go to beach regularly or not this app will bring the beach and the ocean to them. Buy it!
Well done
iPhonePapa Version: 1.0
